Faith & Culture Lecture #4: Medieval Monasticism

July 12 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us as Dr. Matthew Ponesse, professor of Latin and History at Ohio Dominican University, discusses the role of medieval monks in preserving Western Culture from the fall of Rome until the triumph of Christendom in the Middle Ages.

Dr. Ponesse will discuss what we can learn from their example, as we strive to preserve the light of learning and faith through a new age of cultural darkness.

The museum will be open at 6:30 for light refreshments and a chance to see the collection (including the Lego Vatican!).

Admission is a suggested donation of $10.
